If Paul Thomas Anderson wins the Oscar for Best Director just two years after Christopher Nolan won the award, it would restore a lot of credibility to the Oscars because these are two iconic, legendary directors who should each own this award. Don’t screw up the no-brainers.

Dana White was asked for an update on the ongoing fight-fixing investigation and its impact on the sport’s integrity at the post-fight presser of UFC 282. His response was blunt:
“Zero. Zero. I’m not worried about it at all…We let these guys know not to bet on fights.
Do you know what the outcome of this is? Like, if I penalize them, you get cut — they’re gonna go to federal fuking prison. Federal fuking prison.
If you’re that fu*king stupid, and somebody else wants to do it, knock yourself out.
There’s not enough money in it to ruin your life and not go to jail — go to federal prison.”
Now, less than three years after the Krause–Minner situation, the UFC once again finds itself in a similar yet seemingly even more significant position, following Isaac Dulgarian’s performance, line-movement, and release, and multiple current fighters revealing they’ve been approached and offered money to “throw” their fights.
It will be interesting to see if Dana still feels the same way about the integrity of the sport this time around 👀

Marvin Harrison Jr. has yet to sign a preliminary NFLPA licensing agreement that all draftees typically sign, which would allow his name and likeness to be monetized after he is picked tonight and before his NFL contract is signed, per sources. His jersey will not be available for purchase and he will not be featured in video games until his NFLPA group licensing deal is signed.
