@canna_lab @IBX You should hear the interaction I recorded with a pharmacist yesterday. I asked if I was understanding correctly that my 3 year old patient needed to suffer for another month on steroids before adalimumab approval? The answer was yes. Approved today after mom lodged complaint.

Poor health insurance & PBM customer svc ppl, they can’t defend their company’s immoral and intentionally complex policies/procedures. They don’t make them, but they see the suffering enforcing them causes. Hope, but doubt, they get paid well.
