Everyone is focused on AI models right now. But honestly, the bigger bottleneck is data. LLMs scaled because the internet already had unlimited text. Image AI improved because billions of images already existed online. Robotics doesn’t have that luxury. A robot can’t truly learn physical intelligence from PDFs, articles, or scraped websites. It needs real world experience. Things like: • how much pressure to apply while holding an object • what to do when something slips • how to move through messy environments • how to coordinate actions in real time That’s why teleoperation is becoming such a big deal. @PrismaXai is building a robotics data network where humans remotely operate real robots, and every session becomes training data. And it’s not just simple video recordings. It captures: • visual + sensor data • arm movements and trajectories • force feedback • timing decisions • human reactions and problem-solving behavior That matters because humans naturally adapt to unpredictable situations in ways simulations still struggle to replicate. The feedback loop becomes very powerful: Humans operate → robots learn → models improve → autonomy increases → even more data gets created. Hardware is advancing fast already. What Physical AI really needs now is massive amounts of high quality real world behavioral data.
