@OYO4U I got a call from the escalation team and they coordinated to resolve the issue. I sent them documents, invoices etc., and the issue was resolved early this week. Thank you. While I appreciate the resolution, please delist the hotel as it is not hygienic or right place to stay.

@oyorooms @riteshagar my experience with OYO has been so disappointing, it is unbelievable that such low-quality service can even exist. How can you scale with this kind of experience, opening 100s of new hotels and the team cannot help with such lousy service - there is no hope
