Although he's been tough as nails, and had several big moments as a Bear, this season is the time for a trade. He's valuable, and still only 28. A WR-starved team with cap space would be wise to send a 4th to Chicago for DJ. The Bears must divert $$ to the defensive side!

I don't know that has any sway at all on Hall voters. But I do think Kupp has been incredibly valuable in that regard... Todd Gurley, Ken Walker III, several other backs have benefited from his excellent blocking over the years on the outside. He's as good as anyone.

I'll give you another reason why Cooper Kupp should be a more viable Hall possibility...
He's one of the best run blocking receivers of all-time. That's not hyperbole. He does so many things that don't show up in box score.

Cooper Kupp is NOT a Hall of Fame player but more deserving than that Julian Edelman talk a few years ago. He’s had one the best seasons for a WR. But only 2 years over 1k. The Super Bowl MVP and offensive MVP do carry weight.

There’s restaurant in Chicago’s Little Village neighborhood called Asian Cuisine Express that also serves some of the best al pastor in the city.
