....This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a time-sensitive service and it was not delivered. I expect a full refund and compensation for the additional costs caused by this delay.

@ParcelHero @UPS I paid for next-day/guaranteed delivery for an urgent travel document to arrive on 13 May. It is now delayed by 2 days, despite paying express charges. Because of this failure, I cannot return to the UK as planned and now have to rebook my flights and ....

The Just Eat order arrived almost 3 hours after it was placed and the food was completely cold. Customer support only offered £5 credit instead of a refund. This clearly isn’t reasonable service. @JustEatUK @PizzaExpress please resolve this properly.

Thread about a terrible experience with @JustEatUK and @PizzaExpress. I ordered food at 5:30pm with an ETA of 6:15pm. The restaurant is only about 10 minutes from my home. I’m currently fasting for Ramadan and this order was meant to be the meal to break my fast. 🧵

Then suddenly the @JustEatUK order arrived at around 8:30pm. So I ended up paying for TWO separate meals because of the delay.

By 8:00pm I still had no food and because I was fasting I had no choice but to order another meal on Deliveroo so I could finally eat.

At 7:30pm I contacted @JustEatUK asking them to cancel the order and provide a full refund because after waiting that long I would not accept cold food.

The staff member said they would contact Just Eat and give me an update within 10 minutes. No update ever came. Between 6:50pm and 7:30pm my calls went unanswered.

At 6:30pm I called again for an update and the staff member hung up on me mid conversation. I then had to call around 8 times before someone answered again.

At 6:15pm the food hadn’t arrived so I started calling the restaurant. After several attempts someone answered and told me the food had already been prepared and was waiting for the driver.
