@ParcelHero @UPS I paid for next-day/guaranteed delivery for an urgent travel document to arrive on 13 May. It is now delayed by 2 days, despite paying express charges.
Because of this failure, I cannot return to the UK as planned and now have to rebook my flights and ....

The Just Eat order arrived almost 3 hours after it was placed and the food was completely cold.
Customer support only offered £5 credit instead of a refund.
This clearly isn’t reasonable service. @JustEatUK @PizzaExpress please resolve this properly.

Thread about a terrible experience with @JustEatUK and @PizzaExpress.
I ordered food at 5:30pm with an ETA of 6:15pm. The restaurant is only about 10 minutes from my home.
I’m currently fasting for Ramadan and this order was meant to be the meal to break my fast. 🧵

Then suddenly the @JustEatUK order arrived at around 8:30pm.
So I ended up paying for TWO separate meals because of the delay.

At 7:30pm I contacted @JustEatUK asking them to cancel the order and provide a full refund because after waiting that long I would not accept cold food.
