So after given ample time i had to lodge written complain to NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE. Exploring consumer court option as well.

1. In AMC, filters can only be changed once in 12 months, nothing can be done if problem arises after that.
2. The misbehavior and misconduct is a part of SOP by AO Smith.
Cant continue with such support.
This is consumer exploitation.

Reason: Filter exhaust indication came twice within a year

@Imanimeshation After 2023 model, they have been using inferior quality components in order to minimise price and compete with the likes of Samsung, Daikin ,Voltas etc. Purpose is to capture the market share of them even by compromising on quality.

Don’t make the mistake I did ! buying a Panasonic product, especially an AC.
In just 2 years, I’ve faced 20 different issues. Every time you think the problem is fixed, something else comes up. It’s been nothing but stress and frustration.
Feels like there’s no quality check at all.
Just sharing this so others don’t go through the same headache.

Dear @myvoltas horrible experience so far. Guy comes with a old looking open PCB in an open pack. I ask that at least it should be sealed he's just like it's new trust me bro. No additional warranty or anything on the piece. Your customer care messaging just keeps thanking me for my patience. No-one even reaches out. Horrible experience. People do yourself a favour and stay away from Voltas. Will try reaching to customer court but prior exp has just been nothing in that too so far. Customer is just an idiot in India.

Dear @myvoltas, bought your AC last October. Yesterday suddenly burning smell started coming along with ticking noise. Service person comes and says PCB busted. Says happens with some machines. How can you have a new ac give PCB issues in less than six months (3 of which ac was not even used). All that India ka AC, China ka nahi is fine but if your product is giving such issues then who'll go for it. Yaha bache ne kapde faad diye with ac off at night. What is this behaviour?

Respected @AshwiniVaishnaw sir, my father Rajesh Shaw (age: 50 years) went missing on 18 Apr while traveling in Train 16597 (Amrit Bharat Express) from SMVT Bengaluru to Bardhaman, WB. He deboarded at an unknown station due to overcrowding. 🙏

But, If u use any other credit card on Amazon, it wil charge about 2 percent convenience fee and no cashback as well

Bought an AC from Daikin. Thought It would do things “properly” this time.
Paid 2x for their official AMC....peace of mind, right?Then the story begins…
Visited the same center from where I bought AMC → “Sir, raise complaint online.”
Raised it online → got assigned a different center.
That center → “Sir, AMC wala center will handle this.”
Back to square one.
3 touchpoints.
0 accountability.
If this is the experience after paying a premium, what’s the point?Big brand, but no clear SOP.
@DaikinIndia please fix this.
Customers shouldn’t be doing ping-pong for basic service.

70% upto 140, ordered ice cream, came wid tempered seal, shared image @zomatocare, denied refund. Reason is restaurant denied, bhai kaun restaurant bolega ki khula hua diya hu😂. Never trust @zomato offers dat seem 2 good to b true. Thanks @Swiggy seamless experience till date.
