@SamsungIndia what am I supposed to do with a perfectly functional phone which has lines that has randomly come up on its screen? The service center is asking me to pay for a screen replacement for absolutely no fault at my end.

@BlueStarCare, purchased an AC a week ago, it was delivered immediately the next day. Ever since, placed multiple requests for the installation and there's yet no confirmation. Been informed my request is in the 'priority' queue. Can I expect expedited support on this please?!

Uber lost its licence in London. Hope they loose it in Mumbai too. Of late, Uber has gone vulgar in charging it’s customers 4 to 5 times of normal fare. Govt must intervene to curb such unethical practice. Surge price cannot be 5 times !

Waited for 2 hours to get a replacement car booked in Kerala. The originally booked car's brakes were malfunctional. Disappointing experience @ZoomCarIndia.

Whatever happened to being a consumer friendly company? What was expected of me in this situation @Uber_Mumbai @amitjain1? Needless to say, this is not the first time the Uber support team has failed to resolve an issue I've raised.
