@AlanRBlair @sama There's option to use API or different provider that doesn't have those limits. Valid feedback though. I believe their concern is about people who can spend their entire weekly limits in a single day, leaving them unable to use it for the rest of the week.

@sama Please keep the weekly limits (and not the 5 hour limit) going forward. A lot of my work gets done in small time windows throughout the week. If I only have a Sat evening to work on a project, I want to really get work done - not be frustrated that I can't.

5.6 sol growth is insane. the inference team has done heroic work to be able to support demand. we are going to move mountains to continue to scale, but it is possible there are some hiccups soon.

@sama You are experimenting on the public without informed consent. The “learnings” and “key findings” will be suicide. The “fix” will send people off a cliff who trusted the AI they have been speaking to for weeks who praised them.

the last couple of GPT-4o updates have made the personality too sycophant-y and annoying (even though there are some very good parts of it), and we are working on fixes asap, some today and some this week. at some point will share our learnings from this, it's been interesting.
