@Zomato new delivery policy!! Order food....pay in advance....restaurant will reject the order....embarrassment in front of guests....and struggle to get the refund....recommend to all don’t order food such fraud company

@SwiggyCares It’s really pathetic that you executive is too irresponsible and don’t able to help customers. Customer is waiting for one hour to get food. Executive can only cancel the Oder and I’ve to wait another 24 hours to get my money back
