Hello @etihad @EtihadHelp . Initially my flight was booked from Hyd to Dus on 7th march. Later, I rescheduled the flight to 25th. But now that operations are getting back to normal, can I rebook it again to 7th march and change destination to Frankfurt instead of dusseldof?

Hi @etihad , I had my scheduled flight from Bengaluru to Dusseldorf initially on 7th via abu dhabi. I rescheduled it to 11th March. Now I see that Dusseldorf is not part of limited operations. Is it possible to change the destination to Frankfurt instead of Dusseldorf?

trying to request a refund from my EY100 @etihad @EtihadHelp flight, but the refund form is just not working properly. The flight boarded and started its journey to AUH airport on february 28th but had to be diverted back to LIS. Can you help? i get this when filling the form

This is a big scam handler and they will call you on twitter application. They are just taking advantage of the situation to scam people. Please don't fall for this trap.
