@sainsburys just visited one of your stores and there was an open packet of mouse and rat killer on the floor by the Easter eggs 🤢i told a lady who works there who disposed of it but I would like to make a complaint please. How can I do this?

@McDonaldsUK just went through drive thru. Cold food and chips in kids meal fallen out all in the box. Freezing cold 😭

@BurgerKing I made a complaint to BK uk on 2nd Dec, I’ve chased since then and I’ve still no response to my complaint. It’s been over 3 months. how is this acceptable? I’m contacting you as BK uk are clearly ignoring me. Pls can you tell me how I can actually speak to someone?

@AsdaServiceTeam just realised I have been charged full price for the cards and they should have been 3 for £3!! Can’t get back to the shop now 😭

@sainsburys I did a click and collect today and want to request a refund for a couple of items because their dates are for today so no good. It won’t work on the app or online. How do I do this please?

@UberEats requested a refund for a drink I ordered that was already opened. The seal was broken so I can’t drink but apparently it’s not eligible for refund!!! Absolutely disgraceful and the last time I’ll be ordering with uber eats
