two years ago I was running a jewelry brand doing $300K a month couldn't break past that no matter what we tried same ads - same offer - same everything - just stuck so we built a brand new lander with the same products and started testing price points higher price point ended up converting better jewelry buyers saw expensive and thought quality then we added free gifts and free shipping - conversion rate doubled - ROAS doubled then we retargeted everyone who'd seen the full price lander with 50% off they converted because they'd already been thinking about it same brand, same products but just different offers on different landers

@Stripe is holding our FUNDS, terminated our account with no clear reason, and disabled our ability to issue refunds all at the same time.
We are a legit company. We fulfilled every single order. But because Stripe froze everything, our customers can't get refunds and are now calling us scammers and threatening legal action against US.
We didn't run. We didn't scam anyone. We just woke up one day to a closed account, frozen funds, and zero way to make our customers whole.
@StripeSupport all we are asking for is refund access. That's it. Let us do right by our customers.
Has anyone else dealt with this? How did you resolve it?
