Hi @stripe — looking for guidance on India onboarding for an AI SaaS company (authorityNova.com). An existing onboarding/review email thread appears stuck despite multiple replies, possibly due to an email delivery issue.

@stripesupport There isn't a refresh or audio option in chrome. I was able to work around it and link a bank account another way, but you should file a ticket that the captcha on the 'link a bank account page' is literally unusable.

Thanks team - I used the Assistant to submit the issue but it wasn't clear whether it reached the team - are you able to confirm for me.
When you click "contact support", the only option you get is the "Assistant" popping up on the right but, certainly when I tried it, the automated assistant doesn't give an easy option to submit an issue and there isn't an image upload option so the path isn't very user friendly I found.

Hey @StripeDev @Stripe Support — I ran into an error while updating a flexible subscription schedule in the Dashboard. The UI appears to pass the coupon at the parent schedule level instead of the phase level, which triggers an API error.Passing along this screenshot so the team can take a look at how the Dashboard handles coupons for flexible schedules. 👇

My Stripe account was recently terminated, even though my chargeback rate was only 0.16%.
I believe it was a mistake, but every time I open a support ticket, it's closed without a response within a minute.

We got the account fixed on Wednesday, by verifying all our documents and information. This was lliterally done 2 days ago and you guys have again blocked the account.

Using stripe for the past five years and this sudden email has put me back and in shock.
I hope someone can stripe can reach out and speak to me about this or even help in getting our account reviewed @stripe - I was given no warning and no notice.

Looking for help understanding a recent account decision.
We operate Venture Radar, a startup research newsletter on Substack, under Minimal Ventures LLC (US LLC).
We recently enabled paid subscriptions and got a few paying subscribers. All payments were processed through Substack's standard checkout flow. We do not manually process payments or store customer card information.
We then received a notice stating that payments appeared unauthorised. We submitted our EIN, LLC documents, business information, and completed the appeal process.
Despite having no known disputes or chargebacks and providing all requested documentation, our appeal was rejected and the publication was classified as "unacceptable risk."
We're simply looking for clarification and a fair review. Venture Radar has 51,000+ subscribers and is a legitimate publication serving founders and investors.
Would appreciate if someone from Stripe could take another look or help us understand the reasoning behind the decision.
