@stripe how can we fight this? A customer literally used our product and still filed a dispute. It’s becoming too much work on our side even after providing all the evidence, they’re still winning the case. We’re losing money on top of the dispute fees

We understand this wasn’t the case before, and that’s why you’re asking. Could you please confirm whether you’re using the latest version of the app? Also, to be sure we understand: you log in once during the day, the next 3–4 times you open the app it keeps your session open, but on the following open it prompts you to log in again—is that correct?

using Firefox on android, not the app. Performance is poor, extremely slow loading times, both when first fetching the page and the in-web loading. Many fetch errors and "unable to load this view" messages Disappeared now but previously clicking on the time period selector from billing overview opened the same page again in a new tab and another about:blank. Switching between apps and the browser again leaves site on loading/frozen state often requiring reloads. Generally it boils down to frustration from poor perf. Will likely be switching to using the app.
