@eon_next unhappy with your hug2 staff. Applied 9 weeks ago, heard nothing. Called this week and was told my application has been cancelled but they were unable to answer why. I was promised a response but still nothing today. @Warwick_DC is this acceptable?

@awinash2716 @LycamobileUK Same here, My bundle didn't auto renew. I only realised when my balance ended and was not able to connect. Tried all means to recharge and top up, but no luck. Is there any ETA of resolution?

@HastingsDirect disgusted that my 85 year old Aunt called to cancel an auto renew (which she didn’t even know she had) because she can no longer drive, to be told it will cost her £20 to do so.. really?? She has struggled to get thru since yesterday

@HastingsDirect Hi, I have spoken to the team but they were only able to read off a script and so were unable to help. Charging £40 in "arrangement fees" for a policy I never paid for or used and was automatically renewed and cost you nothing is shameless profiteering.

I would recommend everyone avoids @HastingsDirect for car insurance. Automatically renewed a highly inflated car insurance quote. Impossible to contact the office before renewal and then wants to charge for arranging insurance I never asked or paid for.
