Flew @airindia domestic after a long time. The one thing I found different was the empathy of the staff vs Indigo esp. Whether it was staff at check-in counter or the person taking the fragile marked pkg or the cabin crew..all understood us and took care. Pleasantly surprised

Had gone to Hosur for the gruha pravesham of a colleague today morning around 8 AM. I was waiting at the toll gate talking to the co-passengers and suddenly the truck in front started to reverse for no reason. I stared honking but the truck continued and it hit my car!
