i'm running a live claude cowork workshop for non-technical people on april 22
by the end of the 2 hours, you'll have a fully set up marketing system on your computer that:
> produces a full week of content in one sitting, dialed into your voice so it sounds like you on your sharpest day
> turns any marketing framework or post into a repeatable skill that claude runs on command for you
> builds sales pages in minutes so you stop paying designers and copywriters thousands
> schedules tasks to run while you sleep so you wake up to finished drafts, fresh ideas, and updated reports every morning
> writes launch emails, newsletters, and sequences using the same frameworks behind my 6-figure product launches
all click by click, on your machine, while i do it on mine
here's everything that you get:
• the full 2-hour live workshop where you build everything in real time
• 16 personal skills that i built over 100s of hours for my own business
• the complete recording so you can rewatch anytime
• a self-paced course version of all the material
• access to Claude Marketing OS telegram group
this system runs 90% of the marketing behind my 7-figure brand doing 15M+ impressions/month
and it's all yours come april 22nd

Underrated life hack: Being boring in the right ways. Go to bed early. Wake up early. Eat simple foods. Save money. Exercise. Avoid drama. These aren’t flashy, but the ordinary will compound into a life that feels extraordinary. Boring is seriously underrated.

We love to convince ourselves a mediocre business is a great business. We want so bad for a business to be better than it is so we can justify paying up. Most microcaps are more cyclical and fragile than we like to admit. 2025 will be a great learning experience to watch the cream rise to the top.

@vijaythirumalai What is the yields on investments in EB5 projects which you are suggesting ? Can you please elaborate how total costs <200k was obtained?
English

So whats the solution, For the love of God, File now, file Fast
We have amazing EB5 programs with some of the LARGEST players (like Godrej/ DLF equivalent of US) with credit upto $400K available with super tight interest rates- which means your effective costs of EB5< $200K
Also if you do file in next 3-4 weeks & if you are filing for your kids from India, you could leverage the LRS quota too ( Foreign debt could be a challenge for Indian Citizens because of FEMA, so we will have to structure this)
DM if you need more info!

🚨 Super detailed article on EB-5, the impact of queues on Indians, and the way forward by Nick and Ignacio—two of the brightest minds in the EB-5 industry ( we regularly work with some of them)
⚠️ In summary, what was once the cleanest option for Indians to secure a Green Card could become incredibly messy by May/June 2025 if action isn’t taken immediately ⬇️

Morgan Housel: "I’m not interested in anything that’s not sustainable. Friendships, investing, careers, podcasts, reading habits, exercise habits. If I can’t keep it going, I’m not interested in it.
I think the only way to do that is if you are going out of your way to live life at 80-90% potential. If you’re always trying to squeeze out 100%, almost certainly it’s going to lead to burnout, whether it’s a friendship or a relationship or an investing strategy. If you’re a type A person, it’s almost impossible to do. But going out of your way to live life at 8% has always been a strategy that I want to do just because I want to keep it going for a long time." @morganhousel via @tferriss
