@Infosys_GSTN I had sent necessary files as reply to helpdesk 2 times since yesterday. Still your sms at 13:46 hrs says information not recieved so sent all again for the 3rd time. Now atleast check the files and help. Ticket no. G-202607254313379

@Infosys_GSTN What can I do if I have sent files 4 times but your team says not recieved? Helpdesk@gst.gov.in is working or not? I think it is not possible for your team to help taxpayers. Complicated rfd-01 is made so that no one can file refund form. @nsitharamanoffc can u do something?

Most customers simply want to report a wrong or excess toll deduction. Categories like "Service not availed" or "Connecting facility not provided" are confusing & not customer-friendly.
Rejecting a dispute because the "wrong" category was selected, and then refusing to allow another dispute for the same transaction, is unfair. Such a system only protects toll operators instead of ensuring justice for FASTag users.

@PratapSarnaik @CMOMaharashtra सिन्नर exit येथील toll plaza चे नाव गोंदे टोल plaza आणि इगतपुरी exit che toll plaza che नाव अजून काहीतरी वेगळे ठेवण्याचे काय कारण असावे? २१ जून रोजी माझ्या गाडी ची एंट्री IC/17 वर नोंद झाली नाही आणि IC/21 (सिन्नर) चा exit message मला 24 जून ला आला तो पण Rs. 1165 cha. आता एक महिना होऊन गेला तरी कोणी मदत करत नाही. टोल बूथ चुकीची माहिती ठेवून @IDFCFIRSTBank मार्फत तिकीट close करत आहे. आज परत बोलल्यावर मला सांगण्यात आले आहे की एका transaction साठी एकच dispute करू शकतो. हे थोडे चुकीचे आहे. जे लोक कधीतरी समृद्धीवरून प्रवास करतात त्यांना टोल बूथ चे नाव आणि dispute/ तक्रार प्रक्रिया माहित नसते. टेक्निकल चूक टोल कंपनी करणार आणि पैसे लुटणार आणि चुकीच्या कारणाने तक्रार केली म्हणून पैसे परत करणार नाही हे चुकीचे नाही का? @nitin_gadkari @Devendra_Office कृपया मदत करावी.

@FASTag_NETC I had twice call 1033. No help. No one giving name of co who is operating Ghoti Toll plaza on samruddhi highway. I am sure that co must have looted crores of rupees from users like me. Strict rules shud be there for backdated manual entries on fastag.

@fastagofficial @FASTag_NETC @1033_Helpline What work do you do? If toll operators gives false answer & do not provide evidence of charge, why don't you penalize them? Why they can enjoy amount without interest? Very frustrating. Actually in 24 hrs they should reply that apaka paisa loot liya. Baat khanam. I would have not wasted my time against such morons. @PMOIndia pls look into working of these tolls & authorities.

@fastagofficial @FASTag_NETC Pls check who hv dicided TAT of 45 days for dispute. In 45 days everyone forgets dispute. 10 days shud be there& then per day delay penalty shud be there. For false answer, customer shud be given compensation. But this only if u want to help customers.

@IDFCFIRSTBank What a third class work you are doing? ticket closed without providing evidence. Now again you require rc book and photo? @nitin_gadkari sir kindly levy penalties these toll operators & bank supporting them. 33 days passed & still they hv not refunded amount of 1165.

@my_nmc @girishdmahajan एकाद्या रस्त्याचे भले मोठे काम एकाच वेळी सुरू करून गोगलगायीच्या गतीने पूर्ण करण्यापेक्षा त्या कामाचे छोटे भाग करून सशाच्या गतीने करता येतील. भोसला सर्कल ते पारिजात नगर सिग्नल हा वनवास कधी संपेल? रोज दुपार नंतर काम सुरू होते आणि संध्याकाळी प्रचंड वाहतूक कोंडी होत आहे. त्यात गेले 2 दिवस रोज 2 वेळा तरी ॲम्ब्युलन्स जात आहे आणि सायरन जातांना दोन्ही बाजूंनी कमीत कमी 3-5 min जातात. तरी विनंती की थोडे लक्ष देऊन जर एक टप्प्याचे काम रात्री पण करता आले तर समस्या थोडी हलकी होईल. बाकी डंपर ट्रेलर ह्यांना ह्या रस्त्यावर मुक्त संचार आहेच.

How can a person exit from gonde toll plaza at 5.07 pm & again enter to Nashik from Sinnar at 5.40 pm ? The charge is totally false & if I had exited to Maliwada toll plaza at 11.11 am how can I be charged for Rs 1165? I think you are just helping these toll owners to wrong charge & enjoy funds interest free. Pathetic!! @nitin_gadkari Sir please look into the issue of backdated manual Toll charge. Pls
