Melreese Park matters except to speculators who want to destroy it. Skateboarding serves a niche. Why can’t the only park in Miami that offers golf be saved.

There is no reason Melreese Park cannot be an honored asset to the City of Miami Park system. Melreese includes golf, swimming, activities for children. But speculators like its location SO they want to demolish it. Who is respresenting future generations who might want nature?

Melreese Park? Jorge Mas had his attorneys draft the lease to take over 73 to 131 acres of a public park. Who is negotiating on behalf of the citizens? Marlins Scam cost the taxpayers over $3 Billion. @savemelreesegr1

Melreese Park serves residents and tourists. In addition, Melreese Park’s grass soaks up rains and flooding from sea level rise. In addition, residents and tourists love the view as they enter and exit the MIA Airport. Commissioners should vote Yes to protect the Park.
