@Verizon not sure why every interaction with your company is as painful as possible. Even a simple thing like upgrading a phone couldn’t be completed online. Had to call support, who were nice but in the middle of fixing my problem their systems crashed...

@VZWSupport How about crediting back the $132 in upgrade fees?

@VZWSupport Your online systems are archaic in my opinion and not at all what people expect these days. I am seriously considering moving my account since it appears impossible to complete any transaction online.
