@mkristensen Why when you highlight a razor component in @VisualStudio, you can't right click and select "Create Code-Behind" ? Can't believe nobody has thought of it. Love my extensions!

@jerseymikes I made an order on your app. I arrived 20 min after placing that. Told one worker that I was waiting on my order. Then I waited for an additional 10 min. I ran out of time and asked for a refund. 30 min+ for 3 sandwiches seems very excessive.
