@nextofficial @marksandspencer Thanks Kirsty, the necklace, worth a lot of money, was not purchased at either store, but could have come loose whilst mum was in either store. When she rang up your colleague was super helpful - so kudos to him, whereas @marksandspencer staff were v unhelpful & upset my mum.

My 86 yr old mum lost a necklace, last gift my father gave her. She is so sad about it & rang @nextofficial at Holmbush, Sx, who was very helpful, after being taken to Holmbush & @marksandspencer, who were v unhelpful saying had to go in but she can’t. Pl help your ex employee!

This #MothersDay I think of a special lady,a lady I haven’t met but because she said yes to #organdonation when her son passed away, I live. Thinking of my donor’s Mum today & may she be given comfort from knowing that by saying yes she allowed life to live on.💕@NHSOrganDonor

Pl wish my dad a very Happy 97th Birthday. Dad won the silver medal at @guildhallschool back in the 50’s for singing where he was taught by Arthur Reckless, same tutor as @Bryn_Terfel You have had a torrid year but still like to sing when you can! #HappyBirthday

Appreciate no one knows what’s going on in someone else’s life but when dealing with the public always good to make an effort unlike @Tesco delivery driver who was not in the Christmas spirit, but hope he does as deserves to with all he does, but still awaiting refund from him!

@waitrose my 85yr old mother bought classic vine tomatoes only on Sunday with the expiry date of 12 November for her and my 96yr old father; gone to open them after returning from A&E with dad, & there is mould on the tomatoes with one having burst open. Any advice Pl?

Pleased to say that Kev the Kidney has shown how strong he really is. 💜 Yesterday’s results are in and Kev is back to “my normal” after a year of not being so. Forever grateful to my donor family,& all donor families, who agreed to organ donation 19yrs ago.

Off to @GSTTnhs & hope Kev the Kidney is doing well. Everyday I thank my donor & think of him, & his family & as I return to Guys the feelings I had when I received the call returns as uppermost in my thoughts was that family as we drove to London, & that continues to this day

I spoke to @ChristyMillarUK about my experience as a urology patient at @GreatOrmondSt (as well as a cleft lip and palate) & ended up with renal failure & needing a kidney transplant to life now 19 years post transplant & setting up @share_wishes @DrNighatArif @sallybeelicious
