@OfficialFV After chasing again, we have raised a formal complaint. After being told 6 weeks for legs and power supply. So another 6 weeks of a sofa that cannot be used properly. First and last time I will ever use this company

@OfficialFV It would be good if someone could call us about our sofa being delivered over a week ago with no feet or power for recliner. We have called almost every day and are promised someone will call back. Shocking customer service. If not rectified soon i will be send back

He spent hours waiting for a call back and had to chase numerous times. At one point was put on hold as apparently shop busy. Son was outside and no one in there!Are you going to refund some of his holiday cost.

What do people do with their pets when they go away? I found a site called trusted petsitter. you pay 99 a year for unlimited sittings but not sure if its reputable.
