Horrifying video circulating online shows a man suddenly running up and kicking a baby stroller at the Nassau County Courthouse in Mineola, NY. Matt, my thoughts too. I'm a long time motorcyclist and in my old age now have a few ebikes. These are a variety but I'm sure that legitimately owned ones now pose a financial hardship to the owners. Calling them illegal doesn't convey the actual problem. Were the owners such that seizure was reasonable? I know may riders are very irresponsible. Fine, then. But either way, if the vehicles are still ridable, I know people in Africa that would very much appreciate a chance at having one.

The NYPD is crushing it when it comes to taking illegal mopeds and scooters off our streets. So far this year, the NYPD has seized over 5,700 of these dangerous, illegal vehicles — and we are not letting up.
