when its felt like 110+ here, we clip blankets to the doorframes to box in the living room, then have a portable ac running along with smaller fans. the rest of the house is hot but we only need the one room cooled down, and it works just fine 🤷‍♀️

I have some incredible news! The #tornado probe we launched into the St Libory, Nebraska violent twister was found! And the parachute was ripped off. We likely have an amazing data set on this probe. They are shipping it to Will Clay. We are still searching for the Blue Rapids area sensor

@ChasingWConnor Honestly I think it's for the best, I get that it's "safe in a tornado", but the rate it was getting taken into fields, only a matter of time before it gets tossed, though I'm not certain they were even dropped down/deployed when that happened, not worth losing a life over

Well now that the dominator is out for the season my chase season is officially over:( I no longer have a safe chasing vehicle to follow around so time to hang it up.

As a sunset photographer, there are certain sunsets that are ingrained into my brain. Over the past 7-8 years, I have photographed hundreds of sunsets. Tonight was a Top 3 sunset of all time for me in my career. It just kept going & going, & had colours in every single direction.
