It is completely wrong that these violent thugs are being let off from a further trial for the assault on PC Marsden They viciously beat three police officers and the evidence is plain to see on CCTV - including the assaults on female PCs Ward and Cook for which Amaad and Amaaz have already been convicted At the time, the police officers were falsely accused of racism. This is yet another case of criminals using false allegations of racism to try to get sympathy. @JamieMagicT @mrchrisjohn @CPhilpOfficial Who knows, but they didn’t have problems securing the other convictions so you can’t really blame a jury. More likely to be a lack of evidence, or even more evidence than we have seen.

Anna Turley hasn't waited. She's reported Farage's alleged Russian hack to the Metropolitan Police and the National Cyber Security Centre herself. Reform said it had been reported to "relevant authorities." The NCSC told the Mirror it couldn't confirm that. So she did it for them. If the hack was real, Farage should have done this weeks ago. Yes, after he was elected he had a duty to declare any financial benefits in previous 12 months Was the donor Harborne a permissible donor according to Electoral Commission? Almost certainly not, the law had changed in Jan 2024 so he wasn't covered by previous 15 year rule. And EC would have said so rather than equivocate. Therefore, it was an illegal bribe. Farage should serve time.

Coutts is the obvious question. Farage made himself the face of the debanking scandal after they tried to close his accounts. If they were simultaneously processing a £5m crypto conversion for him, that context becomes very interesting. The Parliamentary Standards investigation should be asking which institution handled the transfer. So far nobody has said.
