Surely getting pregnant and having a baby would be incredibly painful for someone with gender dysphoria who is hurt if they're even accidentally misgendered or they aren't "Father" on the birth certificate?

You'll see changing rooms is cited as a *specific* example, and there is zero mention of "case by case".

@thetravelnerd Don’t get me wrong, I think men deserve privacy. However, since so many men are happy to give away female spaces I’m just going to flip it on them. Let’s give away theirs.
My one exception in this is gay male only spaces. They are essential.
