Today we celebrate the continued leadership of the #EcofeministClimateFellows under Girls for Climate Actionyoung women who are actively shaping climate and gender policy conversations. Across different advocacy spaces, these fellows have been contributing powerful perspectives grounded in the realities of communities living on the frontlines of climate change. Most recently, they developed and presented a collective position paper designed to inform discussions at #CSW70, 2026. The paper brings forward the lived experiences of communities, highlighting the intersection between climate impacts and gender inequality, while calling for stronger feminist and community-driven climate policies. By documenting realities, amplifying voices, and engaging in policy dialogue, these young ecofeminist leaders continue to show that meaningful climate action must be rooted in justice, inclusion, and lived experience.
