@ThePhuketBar @Jackkk These days it's actually best to avoid sunscreen. Use it sparingly only on days when you are in full sun for long periods (like a beach day). I use UV protected long sleeves and a good hat typically in the super strong UV hours...

Hmm. I opened X this morning and saw the above images of this car and without reading text I automatically thought it was some new cheap, plastic BYD model and I assumed the text would read: "Super cheap (but potentially 'explosive') BYD model hits market." Then I saw Ferrari and then Jony Ive and grit my teeth... BIG hmmm...

@sceneandsource @alphafox The privilege of having direct view of an emblematic place/building/monument from a property can easily x2-3 its price. I thought exactly the same "Views must still be good towards other direction" but truth is, the value of that particular property will never be the same.
