@deygee @WebUndefeated There are 8 Big Boys in existence. This one was in a museum in Southern California. UP reaquired it and restored it in operation.
English

@WebUndefeated How on earth is this Artifact still in operation. The parts should be in museum for reference and not on the rail anymore.

@NickRicci5 @sentdefender Aviation Week has long been known as AvLeak.

@sentdefender Whoever is leaking national security information should be tried for treason

During the opening stages of the Iran War, the U.S. Army, specifically the 1st Battalion, 121st Field Artillery Regiment of the Wisconsin National Guard, which operates the M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS), fired the Pentagon’s entire inventory of next-generation long-range Precision Strike Missiles (PrSM), with replacements quickly being produced by Lockheed Martin, according to Aviation Week.

@Quakeprediction @earthquakejapan LA is still standing even though you have said many times it was going to have a big quake.

@GracklePhD @andreas_nigbur That’s the tender. It carries fuel and water.

The Mistery of Tartaria's Self-Powering Locomotives - That Vanished From History.
👇
A glass plate photograph from 1867 shows locomotive #447 departing Philadelphia for a 305-mile journey to Pittsburgh pulling six passenger cars with no coal tender visible.
I found this image misfiled in a railroad museum basement along with forty-two other photographs showing the same impossible configuration—trains that shouldn't be able to move running documented routes that required six tons of coal they had nowhere to store.
When I showed these to a retired Union Pacific chief engineer with forty years of experience, he calculated the fuel requirements and said flatly: "This configuration shouldn't be able to leave the station."
The technology wasn't obsolete—it was too efficient, and efficiency that threatened coal sales had to be destroyed before anyone realized what we were losing.
This is dramatized historical storytelling based on archival evidence, engineering documents, and physical artifacts. The first-person narrative is a technique to make research more immersive—the goal is education and critical thinking about suppressed technological history.🤔
Interesting video👍

@americangirly42 @Polymarket How could you miss all of his commercials!

@W2Normalville @elonmusk NASA used a different rocket called the Saturn 5. It was also very large.
English

@elonmusk Can you explain how we went to the moon in 1969 without these please???
English

@DeanBuvia @niccruzpatane It has regenerative braking which puts power back into the battery.
English

@niccruzpatane Does the Tesla Semi have the equivalent of a diesel's compression brake?
English

Instead of a two-speed transmission, The Tesla Semi has two rear axles.
The forward axle, with two motors, is geared for acceleration, while the rear axle is geared for highway efficiency. The Semi has a tri-motor setup with 800kW of power.
At highway speeds, the front axle will completely disengage.

Here, in all its glory, is the exclusive first look at the massive @Tesla Semi factory. Our @corememory crew went to Nevada to see the line come to life, as it gets ready to pump out thousands of all-electric trucks. We saw the new cab and went on a drive too. Wunderbar!

@andreas_nigbur Horses pull wagons much better than people. Have you ever tried to pull one?

@sindong61064714 Yes, the translation works. Here’s a Caltrain commuter train in San Jose, California.

@PhilDurFr @ACTREN_MF There are adults right there with the children. Watch until the end. There is a man there with them and a woman is clearly taking the video.

@ACTREN_MF C'est aux USA et il n'y a ni adultes, ni clôture.
Drôle de culture où on ne semble pas trop se préoccuper des petits.
Pays où les armes à feu font tous les ans des dizaines de morts dans les établissements scolaires.
