130 trillion USD is the amount that could repair the harms of transatlantic enslavement, while people of African descent experience continued discrimination deriving from it. But, this history of suffering is also one of contributions and resistances, that should be celebrated.

Now is the time to bring an end to the terrible war in Gaza, starting with an immediate humanitarian ceasefire and an immediate and unconditional release of all hostages. It is high time for the parties to show the political courage and political will to finally reach a deal.
