Too many schools, supported by their local councils, are teaching a politicised curriculum. We need to end political indoctrination in schools. Vote Reform to restore common sense and patriotism to the classroom.

🖥️ A Tisza Party IT specialist admitted he was recruited by foreign intelligence services 🎥 A newly declassified recording released by Hungary’s government has brought a decisive development in an ongoing national security case: a former IT specialist linked to the Tisza Party has admitted, in his own words, that he was recruited by foreign intelligence services and prepared for a later operation. 🛡️ The footage - published from proceedings conducted by the Constitution Protection Office - is conclusive evidence that the case is not political rhetoric, but a matter of national security. 🧩 At the center of the case is the testimony of the IT specialist, identified as D.H., who states in the recording that after reflecting on his past activities, he believes he was unknowingly drawn into a structured recruitment process. 💬 “I’ve thought a lot about what was said and everything else (…) and unfortunately I’m leaning toward the conclusion that this was some kind of recruitment, preparing me for a later operation,” he told investigators. ⚠️ He also admitted he had been “taken in” by the process - an acknowledgment Hungarian officials argue removes any remaining doubt about the nature of the network. 🌐 According to D.H.’s testimony, the process began with what appeared to be an international cyber defence training programme linked to Estonia. The course, advertised as a NATO-accredited initiative, was conducted entirely online and involved participants from multiple countries, including the United States and France. ❗ However, several red flags emerged: the institution had no verifiable physical presence; certification issued after completion could not be validated in official systems; participants had no direct contact with a real-world campus or administration. 🔍 These inconsistencies led D.H. to later conclude that the programme may have served as a recruitment funnel rather than a legitimate training centre. ✈️ As part of the programme, D.H. stated that travel to foreign locations became effectively mandatory following the outbreak of the war in Ukraine. One of these destinations was Kyiv, where he met individuals connected to Ukrainian cyber operations. 🤝 He described being introduced - via an Estonian intermediary - to a Ukrainian contact identified as “Davidov,” whom he characterized as an official liaison linked to state cyber defence structures. The meeting brought together a small international group, including Polish and Ukrainian participants, with the stated aim of coordinating more advanced cooperation. 💻 Initially, D.H. said the activities focused on defensive cyber operations, particularly countering Russian cyberattacks. However, he claimed that over time, the nature of the tasks began to shift. ⚔️ “At first it was defensive (…) but later it became more offensive in nature,” he said. 🔐 He also noted that communication and coordination often took place through anonymous online channels, including encrypted messaging platforms, where participants used pseudonyms and frequently changed identities. 📡 The testimony suggests that the group’s activities evolved beyond purely defensive measures. According to D.H., there were discussions about participating in cyberattacks, although he claimed he personally did not take part in operations targeting critical infrastructure. 🇭🇺 He also recalled encountering individuals within these networks who expressed hostility toward Hungary, particularly over its refusal to supply weapons to Ukraine. 📊 This shift - from defence to potential offensive cyber activity - is being highlighted by Hungarian authorities as a key indicator that the network’s purpose extended beyond legitimate cybersecurity cooperation. 📰 The recording directly contradicts earlier claims by Bence Szabó, a former National Bureau of Investigation official who leaked classified information to Hungary’s foreign-funded opposition press, that the case was politically motivated or fabricated. In particular, reports suggesting misconduct by Hungarian intelligence services have been rejected following the release of the footage. ⚖️ According to the government, the actions taken by the Constitution Protection Office were lawful and necessary to protect national security. 📌 They emphasize that: - The investigation was not directed at the Tisza Party as a political entity. - The focus was solely on potential foreign intelligence activity. - Counterintelligence services acted appropriately based on available evidence. 👮 Authorities also stated that a police officer previously cited in media reports did not have access to the full intelligence picture and could not have been aware of the broader context. 🌍 The release of the recording appears aimed not only at the domestic public, but also at international observers. The case should be understood as part of a broader pattern of foreign attempts to influence internal affairs in Europe. 🛡️ The government’s position is clear: this is not about party politics, but about sovereignty.

Victor Orban’s Hungary is poor, stagnant and repressive. The people have no reason to like the governement. So how can his party win? Only through a campaign of deepfake-propaganda and fear mongering about imagined enemies. Welcome to the future. theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/03/…

🕵️‍♂️ Szabolcs Panyi: the foreign asset in journalist’s clothing 🎙️ A recently surfaced recording has placed @panyiszabolcs at the center of a serious national security controversy. And not for the first time, his name appears alongside foreign actors and sensitive state matters. 📱 In the recording, Panyi speaks about providing Hungarian Foreign Minister @FM_Szijjarto’s phone number to a foreign state body, enabling the monitoring of his communications. In the same conversation, he describes his close relationship with Tisza politician @_OrbanAnita and suggests he could access sensitive foreign ministry information and influence staffing decisions in the event of a political transition. ⚠️ The significance of this development goes beyond the immediate case. It sheds new light on a pattern that has surrounded Panyi’s work for more than a decade. 📰 Since the early 2010s, he has built his reputation as an investigative journalist focusing on national security, intelligence, and foreign policy. His reporting has frequently relied on undisclosed sources and dealt with highly sensitive state matters. He rose to prominence during cases such as the Pegasus story, which generated international headlines, although later investigations found no legal wrongdoing in Hungary. Over time, several of his high-profile claims have also failed to materialize, raising further questions about the reliability of his “insider” information. ❓ Those questions now take on a different weight. 🔄 Because the issue is no longer limited to how information reaches a journalist. It is also about what happens in the other direction. 🌐 Outlets associated with Panyi, such as Direkt36 and VSquare, operate within a broader network of foreign-funded media initiatives. VSquare, established in 2017, is part of a regional investigative structure linked to the Polish Reporters Foundation and connected to organizations supported by the National Endowment for Democracy, the Open Society network, IJ4EU, and European Commission programs. These are not isolated media platforms, but elements of a cross-border system of funding, cooperation, and coordination. 🇵🇱 The Polish dimension extends beyond institutional ties. Panyi’s work is regularly amplified within Polish political and media circles, and his content is frequently shared by Poland’s Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski, a key figure aligned with the same liberal international networks and husband of another known Orbánophobe, Anne Applebaum. This visible alignment places Panyi within a broader regional ecosystem where media narratives and political agendas reinforce one another. 🇺🇸 His professional trajectory also reflects consistent ties to U.S.-linked programs associated with the former liberal-globalist establishment in Washington. Panyi participated in initiatives such as the International Visitor Leadership Program, the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship, and the Edward R. Murrow Press Fellowship. He has also appeared at high-level U.S. national security briefings, where he was addressed in a notably direct and informal manner by senior officials. These programs and connections have long served to build international media and political networks aligned with Democratic foreign policy circles and the broader liberal institutional ecosystem. 🧩 Seen together, these elements outline a clear environment: foreign-funded structures, regional coordination, and sustained connections to Western political and institutional actors. ⚖️ There is a fundamental distinction at stake. Journalism, even in its most aggressive form, is based on gathering and publishing information. It does not involve facilitating access for foreign state actors to sensitive government communications. 🚫 That distinction defines the boundary between reporting and collusion. 🔍 Within this context, the content of the recording is not an isolated episode. It aligns with a pattern that has been visible for years. ❗ And it brings into focus a question that can no longer be avoided: When a journalist operates within foreign-funded networks, maintains extensive international political connections, and collaborates with external actors, can he still be described simply as an independent reporter, or is he just an intelligence asset working for the global liberal elite?

Come on, @WashingtonPost! 😂😂😂 You claim that “Russian advisors” suggested a self-assassination plot? This isn’t just false — it’s laughably absurd. Pure sweat-soaked conspiracy manufacturing. Meanwhile, Brussels and Kyiv are openly pushing full-scale political interference, and we’re supposed to take this seriously? That's low even for you. Hungary sticks to reality — and to defending its sovereignty. washingtonpost.com/world/2026/03/…
