This actually shows that the water is relatively clear so that we can see the algae on the bottom. Normally, there's so much algae in the water that you cannot see the bottom that's only 18 inches below the surface. So it's clearer. Yet, that's due to chemicals and maintenance workers that didn't exist before, and not due to his rennovation. He's trying to pretend his rennovations were a success when they were meaningless. Note: the National Park Service was going to regrout and fix most of the leaks this spring anyway, before Trump decided to paint it dark blue.
