@Sicarious_ @KingKaiCrypto I’m a sourdough baker and not familiar with your process, but proofing at that temp should have been done very quickly. Warm bulks in sourdough land are done at 75-82°. I’m guessing this is over proofed and the gluten structures in the dough collapsed.

@sco_p2 @KingKaiCrypto 100 degrees. I used "proofing" mode on my oven instead of room temperature.
