@AFCSilverMember Hi Josh- it would be great if they could look at gate access for Junior Gunners who are with Silver members using the digital pass. If your kid doesn’t have a phone or email address it’s very difficult to get the pass accessible on another phone

@AFCSilverMember And better ticket gatekeeping to prevent bots. We’ve always had to wait 20 odd mins to get tickets in the past, but always been available. Now tickets are gone in 5 mins

@AFCSilverMember Photo id for membership cards to be deterrant for touts and people who resell their season ticket seats for profit. Some benefit for silver members as the the premium cost is offering no opportunity to get tickets currently

Arsenal has set up a 'Ticketing Working Group' that we will be a part of. First meeting at the end of the month. Aside from the obvious...What would you like to see change for next season? What ideas have you got to make ticketing better?
