@virginmedia 2 of 2 I'm sure our router is faulty but everytime we phone up and they run a check it seems to be fine your end. If I'm sitting next to it, in the same room and I'm having connectivity issues then it's not working correctly, but your advisors are convinced it is 🤷🏻‍♂️

Well @virginmedia, 2nd time in 4 days without Internet. Your service is as crap as the current Gov't. They don't have a clue how to run the country, you don't have a clue how to run a decent service. Did the sticky tape from the fix the other day fall off??

@virginmedia 1 of 2 Why would I bother checking? The Internet isn't working so I know there's an issue. The question is why is there an issue so soon after the major fault you had on Saturday night? The service just isn't good enough so how are you going to improve it?

@virginmedia 2 of 2 Been having connectivity issues for ages with your services and software, speaking to one agent seemed to be going well but then failed to deliver on what he said was going to happen. If it was down to me your software would be in the post to you already

@virginmedia 1 of 2 Better late than never with a reply I suppose, after the issue was fixed though? There was no way of checking and no error message showing. My partner (account holder) was only able to check by hotspotting from my phone to log in yo her account

@DHLexpress inconsiderate parking by one of your service providers today forcing my partner to walk on busy road to get past. When the driver came out and I said about it, his response was "not my problem"

@abbdesmond I work for a private ambulance on the frontline and they refuse to give us radio's. If we were to be attacked we have to get our phones out and call for assistance

Exemptions for using blue lights do cover the driver for exceeding the speed limit. Shocked to see a @NorthantsPolice vehicle speed past me yesterday in excess of 100mph without blue lights on #noexcuse and not acceptable
