@scottgurian thanks for reporting. when a channel is hacked, the 1st step is for the channel owner to reach out to Creator Support. once they have, our team will work w/ them directly from there!

@TeamYouTube I'm helping a friend who works w/ a human rights org in Africa. Their YT channel was hacked & all acct recovery settings were changed, so they're urgently trying to get things restored! They filled out a form on your website but have yet to hear back. Can you help?

@CyprusPictures @NothingFamiliar @united No, crazily enough, I called them around 4:30am when I first found out my flight was cancelled, and for some stupid reason, I kept waiting around until 2:30 that afternoon, cause I figured that surely someone would eventually answer!

@scottgurian @NothingFamiliar @united My phone doesn't allow me to stay on hold that length of time.... Even the landline cuts off after a certain wait period. Most businesses systems have something similar too, which is why I asked if you were on hold on the phone. I thought you were waiting for them to call you!
