@IKEAUK why are none of your agents able to deal with simple issues? I’ve been on hold for 2 hours in total having had the phone die after waiting to speak to one agent. 2nd one then was incompetent and has now had me on hold for 20 minutes without returning once. #abysmalservice

@klm now insisting they charge the flights to individuals separate rather than flights themselves? So you are changing one persons more than another.

@klm @KLM_UK @AirFranceKLM cancelling my flight tomorrow because I arranged alternate transport for my other flight due to the fact I was unwilling to pay £337. Charging me separately for flights but then grouping them under one booking when it suits you is deceptive & dishonest

@KLM I am looking to check in for my flight as I booked an alternate flight as opposed to paying £337 to change it. Can someone help me do this please as the flight is tomorrow.
