things i'd tell myself before building my first mobile app: - copy a proven app, DO NOT INVENT - ship in a week, any longer and you should start fresh - your first paywall price is too low (increase until people don’t convert) - one winning ad > 20 features - ALWAYS USE AN MMP FOR ADS (appsflyer, singular…) OTHERWISE U ARE BURNING MONEY

An interview with @ycombinator changed our life… → @maubaron and I applied → we got the interview → we presented great numbers ( $50k/mo ) and then we got rejected 😭 but that call changed everything They asked us really hard questions rapid fire back to back we quickly realized all the flaws we had in our product and our operation. so we got back to work 1 month later →we tripled our revenue →got to #9 in the appstore →beat apps with $100M in funding →our profitability is now world class. getting rejected is sometimes the best thing that can happen to you.
