I’m please to say (not without a lot of frustration) I’m now connected again. A simple SIM swap fixed the signal issue.

📵 4 days with no mobile service from @O2 and still no resolution. No signal, no updates, no clear support — completely cut off. Has anyone else in the UK experienced this lately? @O2, please escalate this ASAP. @Ofcom, is this being monitored? #O2Down #NoSignal #O2UK #Ofcom
