Beamer is pulling in consistent and unprecedented talent recruiting, problem is the talent the team does have currently is brand new to CFB or injured.
As I said Week 1, 14 out of the Gamecocks Top 20 players by HS composite rating are True Freshman.

Tough year for the Gamecocks but none of their issues are program dooming. Some staff changes may be needed here and there, sure. At the end of the day, the team lacks depth across the board and has lost to 4 Top 20 teams, and Florida by 2.

I have a hard time feeling sorry for players who celebrate for making one play yet get beat 10 other times. Or for a coach making over a million to go conservative or fail to adjust. And tomorrow those people will be ok, because they live in a bubble. No one held accountable IMO
