@s02_nx agreed. i think the issue lies in how limited dbds gameplay overall is. i think they seriously need to rework gameplay as a whole

@scratchiswake it seems people are happy and that’s all i care about. At the same time i think it’s time to introduce something else in the game, some type of new mechanic and to play around that. it’s obvious they are out of ideas

gonna wait until the new chapter is out to actually form an opinion but so far it seems kinda boring

@scratchiswake i agree with that, what i meant was that for such a big chapter, ONLY getting jason is lackluster, we should have gotten more along with it, map, survivor, etc.

@miguelalnso i don’t think we’re getting a survivor at all but i do hope for a map. my expectations are low though

@fckshowtime i personally don’t think we’re getting any new characters for the anniversary, but i do think we’re getting more cosmetics for licenses we already have, like for eleven and dustin

@scratchiswake i think Jason looks really exciting but leakers are saying Slenderman and Death Note will be announced at the anniversary, so I really don't think this is all we are getting based on the clues we are being given. Might be underwhelming now but I would just wait, there's more

We have five more days left, Eric pope said we will see the shack again, he also said theres a big stream happening on the 14th, and its circled in red. Jason's reveal wasn't circled in red, what could be more important than the killer reveal? This isn't everything we're getting

@infinjtee it is in the sense that it’s another ranged killer with a teleport ability. he is very similar gameplay-wise to springtrap which is extremely underwhelming for an anniversary considering the previous year was a killer with a similar power

@scratchiswake it’s not reused though! playstyle wise i can see the similarities, but the kit itself is new

Honestly I expected more from Jason. No tp ability, no rage mechanic. He's just another projectile killer. His power is cool but I guess my expectations for him were a little too high.

According to Creators, who were given information by BHVR, this Jason is an original interpretation sort of like Ghost Face. He is not the same Jason as from the F13 movies, and his lore will probably be changed to reflect that.

@scratchiswake He’s an “original” character like ghostface which is fine I guess But he won’t be lore accurate, he’s not getting an inspired map like Alien/TWD/FNAF (even if they’re kinda mid) and no survivors To say it’s the 10th anniversary, I’m a little bored
