Reform UK have quietly built one of the most formidable political teams this country has seen in years. Nigel Farage. Zia Yusuf. Richard Tice. Robert Jenrick. Suella Braverman. That is a team capable of completely reshaping British politics. For the first time in years I genuinely feel optimistic about Britain's future.

Nigel Farage will rightly receive huge praise in the coming days for leading Reform to a devastating victory over Labour, the Conservatives and the Greens. But enormous credit also has to go to Zia Yusuf. His vision, organisation and belief helped turn Reform from a protest movement into a serious political force. Without him, this simply does not happen. Seeing so many people unite behind Reform and stand up to Keir Starmer makes me genuinely optimistic about the future of the UK.

@blaiklockBP @Nigel_Farage And here you are, carrying out your feeble character assassination attack on our next elected Prime Minister. Who are you ? Are you famous ? Or are you just bitter and twisted as you are left by the wayside

The main things I learnt working with @Nigel_Farage 1. His word is not his bond. 2. He does not write emails - no paper trail. 3. He has zero ability to do any detail: 1-hour meetings turn into 56 minutes of Nigel talking about Nigel and 4 mins on the subject the meeting was about. 4. Nigel has no real friends - everyone and everything is expendable. 5. Nigel has enormous energy, but a lot of it is wasted because he drinks and parties too much. 6. Nigel is not an intellectual - he thinks Jordan Peterton is boring. 7. Nigel has spies. 8. Nigel loves money and spends it like water. 9. Nigel surrounds himself with rather facile young men like the convicted posh George. 10. Nigel does not really like working if it is not him being a showman - I cannot even imagine him reading a policy paper. 11. Nigel dictates tweets to Dan Dukes. 12. Nigel has a powerful lawyer behind the scenes who keeps files on people. 13. Nigel is vicious - the plastic sheen is a facade that cons so many people. 14. No idea if Nigel actually has any morality or values or what he believes in except fame and money. @RupertLowe10

Just a quick message to anyone who may happen to see this. I have a relatively small account and absolutely no influence whatsoever, but I’ll say this anyway: if you’re trying to smear Nigel Farage and take him down, you will not win. Nigel has the grit and determination to fight back against the lies and smears coming from people on the left, and even from those who claim to be on the right, such as Ben Habib. As for those on the left, if you have something substantive to say, fair enough. But if it’s just abuse and nonsense, you’ll simply be ignored. Either way, you will not take Nigel down. Whether people like it or not, I believe this man will be our next Prime Minister.

Delighted to have been elected as an MSP for the North East of Scotland region. Reform has now broken through in Scotland to being the 2nd joint top party and are in a great position to build on this success. I believe strongly that Reform are the only party that has set out a positive vision for a strong successful Scotland with economic growth, revitalised industry (esp. oil & gas), more jobs, lower taxes & reformed government. I think most people recognise that we need this urgent change. I believe only Reform can deliver this change & our job in this parliament is to prove to everyone that we can truly deliver on this.

And there you go again, going on about division 🙄. Maybe while you're reflecting on your annihilation ask yourselves why you have lost the British Working Class to Reform. Maybe we don’t like being called names by government & these results show you that Brexit voters are very much still the majority. Think on that, instead of labelling & ignoring us!

The election results today have clearly been tough for Labour. I’m sorry that we’ve lost so many brilliant Labour colleagues across the country, and thank them for their service. And I’m sorry that so many voters felt unable to vote Labour at these elections. @Keir_Starmer has taken responsibility and committed all of us to delivering on the mandate the country gave us at the last election. The Labour Party shouldn’t waste a minute of the time we’ve been given to get on with that job. If we turn inwards the public will think we’re walking away from that challenge. The next election will have unity or division on the ballot. A Britain built for all, or a Britain for the few. Britain is at its best when we come together and rise to the challenges of our time. And Labour is at its best when our values of equality, collectivism and unity power our project for the British people. We can deliver a better Britain in the years ahead and beat the prospect of division at the next election, but only if we come together, get on with the job and face the future.

It took me a number of years to realise what a dangerous man Nigel Farage was and how totally unfit he is for public office - and I worked for him. So I have always felt that there will be plenty of others who fall for his particular brand of bullshit and who themselves will also need time.

No matter what they say, Reform UK will only let down the working class. They voted against our better deal for workers. With your support, we got it done. Only Labour will work for working people. Vote Labour 🌹

Today is the day folks. The first step to getting our country back and fixing broken Britain is to get Starmer the UK harmer out of office. It is going to be tight though. We need the people’s army to mobilise and to get out and put their mark for @reformparty_uk Often these elections come down to a handful of votes to decide the winner, so your vote matters the most. Get out, do your bit and let’s cause a political earthquake today. Couple of asks: 1) Don’t forget to bring your ID. You can not vote without it. 2) In the local elections there may be multiple Reform candidates. You can select them ALL 3) if you see any dodgy behaviour like family voting or canvassing outside the polling station report it to the officials. 4) in Wales and Scotland it’s ok to have National pride but you can still vote Reform. The SNP and Plaid are not your friends. They have failed you and will continue to do so. Lend us your vote and give us a chance. We will deliver. Let’s make today count. The future is bright but the time is now to take action. Make this a Reform day to remember.

This Iran War is such a mess, and will only get messier. President Trump should get out before it inflicts even more economic, political and presidential legacy damage. Trust your gut, Mr President, not the war hawks. Thankyou for your attention to this matter! PSM.
