These two statements released today regarding the Adam Hoffman case - personally written by the victim’s mother and the family’s close friend & spokesperson - are horrifying and maddening.
It’s perfectly clear that this monster - who repeatedly raped a young boy for years - is a real, present and immediate threat. Shockingly, in just days he will be out of county jail with no sex offender registration requirement and no further consequences, free to roam and to harm another child at any time.
The Attorney General is responsible for this miscarriage of justice. And he owes all Texans — starting with the victim and his family — answers.
