Insane rewriting of history. Havertz was never booed as a Chelsea player. We sung his name every game after that night in Porto. Tuchel loved him.
He got more support in that stadium than any player not named Kante, Mount, or Silva.
He was only booed when he joined Arsenal.

Some won’t mind this, getting back a significant fee and moving onto a more physical profile in midfield (this isn’t my opinion btw)
But the bigger worry for me would be having one of the only true winners and leaders wanting to leave…

Just to clarify, yes Daniel Finkelstein invited me to a meeting along with other fans around the time of protests to shed some light on/answer to the many problems I/we have with the ownership from commercial deals/lack of FOS, first team & multi club model purchases via directors, vivid seats, stadium plans, heavy briefing, CFCLDN marketing & nepotism in staff hires across the club. It was a good conversation & he was very kindly clear that he did not invite me to manipulate/ change my opinion on the ownership, just to explain their point of view & plan. Since then, my opinion on Blue Co Out has not changed. I do not trust the recruitment of the directors, I don’t praise the short term FOS and mentioned the money lost over the last 2 seasons with the 60m asking price. They are in a deficit. I didn’t mention it as there’s no new information that we didn’t already know. The club are stubborn with their approach, think they’re heading in the right direction & will continue with what they’re doing. I have no interest in being “ITK” I’m a fan with opinions, that won’t change until I see serious improvement at all levels of the club. Which I don’t see happening, so as I said months ago when Maresca was sacked, #BlueCoOut. I’m not in the game of repeating myself, if my stance changes I’ll say so.

Here's what I think I'd want to do in detail.
GK: Bin Jorgensen. Wasn't a fan before and I think he's cooked as a Chelsea player now. Decide if Penders is ready. If he needs another loan, don't buy a starter, play Sanchez and get an English NPC backup.

I think we basically need 1 new player in every band - GK, defensive line, midfielders, wingers, strikers and not all of those have to be able to displace current starters right away and we can do it over 2 years and we already have some of these possibly (Penders)
