Average Crimson Desert exploration experience

Stumbled upon a cavern high up in a snowy mountain in Crimson Desert. Jumped down inside and set about exploring. Inside was a hole I could drop down once more. There I found a slope so steep I couldn’t stand up against a wall. No escape. There was nothing of value in the cavern.

@DRTYMLK @fromsoftserve Absolutely no issue with AI as long as the quality of output is high. The issue here is the quest dialogue reads like an AI constantly reaching the limit of its context window. Also fuck Elon Musk but for other reasons (everything else about his life for the past 5 years)

Saw the crimson desert AI generated art stuff, and i'll be real, i'd bet a good amount of monopoly money almost all quest dialog is ai generated in some form. it's absolutely nonsensical and strikes me as more than just a translation thing

This is a genuine curiosity as I can’t put the game down, but what part of Crimson Desert are people not vibing with? Is it the combat? The UI? Slow burn quests?

I’ve played 12 hours of Crimson Desert in like 2 days and yet I still think the game’s kinda bad.

If you help her with her cat, she invites you to her village and she just vanishes; > A beggar gives you a key to the sewer after you give it a coin, then there's a noble captured in there and when you help her, she gives you a key to what feels like an alternate dimension. Oh, then she vanishes too; > You go to the sky, where there are floating structures that is too technologically advanced for the setting. You can see the entire map from there; > You gain the ability to glide by transforming in a crow-like thing; Nothing remotely interesting, so true

Now I’m in law school but this summer I’ve got a job working at a local law firm and the summer after that a big law firm where I’ll likely work after I graduate.
