Some builders make less than $50,000 per build add that the taxes they gotta pay maybe they walk away with $35K per property built.
One of my Fourplexes make
$2500+1680+$1650+$1200=$7,030.00
$7,030-$2,500=$4,530.00
$4,530*12=$54,360.00
$54,360 annually and the IRS gives me $8,000 on top of that.
Sometimes is better to buy a duplex or a Fourplex make it cashflow than building a property and hardly make anything.
A lot of builders are barely breaking even
