Travel sports are worth it if your kid is a top 5% player in their sport, no doubt about it. The issue is for the other 95% it’s a complete waste of time and money. The “clubs” and organizations now have full time, paid coaches, and it’s just spiraled out of control the last 10-15 years. Of course they will sell you that your kid has a “chance”.

Travel sports: - guaranteed family time every weekend - tour the entire country, see the sights - kids gain athletic skills and priceless memories - chance at scholarships/NIL money - kids stay out of trouble - make friends with people in town This is supposed to be “bad”?

Explain this, all you pro-Voter ID advocates: Why don't we automatically register every eligible voter, and then have state databases that store their IDs virtually? That way, every legal voter can vote, and every person can be confirmed to be a legal voter without needing a physical ID. This would solve virtually every problem, but for some reason I don't think Republicans would support this because they know when more people vote, they usually lose elections.

@JamieBonkiewicz Birth certificate, SS Card….things your parents got for free, or you can request to have certificates sent to your house. People produce this documentation all the time. Stop trying to make it seem impossible.

Boomers are the main group obsessed over gas price.s. Younger generations never experienced .99c gas, and they don’t care as much. Prices will never be that low again as the costs to operate a gas station have multiplied since this 90s. Think of payroll, insurance, and repairs.

@gas_biz You can’t argue with these people, they are crazy. They drive around to save a couple pennies, yet they are wasting dollars and more importantly, time.
