@Chicken1946 @RupertLowe10 I never said I wouldn’t support him being executed. You’ve invented that in your own head.

@sctb9991 @RupertLowe10 Someone like him wipes your kids out and you'd be quite happy to let the rat live, thats why a worth full Referendum would be a just way, YES or NO..

It’s reported that at his new accommodation Rudakubana ‘will have access to a state of the art gym, an on-site cafe and shop and even the hospital’s resident hairdresser and dentist.’ Those held there are ‘allowed to watch TVs with Freeview packages plus vetted DvDs.’ The Sun reports inmates are ‘encouraged to spend time outdoors, including on escorted walks around the Berskhire facility’s lush central gardens.’ Rudakubana ‘will also be encouraged to join woodwork and pottery worskhops and join educational classes if safe to do so.’ There is an answer. A simpler, cheaper and much fairer answer. Hang him. A Restore Britain Government will give the British people a referendum on reintroducing the death penalty. That evil scumbag Rudakubana will be first up.

@NoTengoStand @RupertLowe10 that’s the point..even if your kids were upstanding citizens, the government could try them for murder then railroad their case and get them executed as they did in both the examples I shared earlier that you have refused to address because they’re devastating to your argument.

@sctb9991 @RupertLowe10 Cheaper than the current cost of incarceration would lead to a process fair enough for me. My kids would be far more likely to be víctims of the monsters that modern society coddles than to ever be involved with the justice system. Your lack of empathy is appalling.

@sctb9991 @RupertLowe10 Death sentence is not a deterrent. A murderer is likely to continue committing offences until caught. Knowing their own death would be the result. If a long 30plus year prison sentence isn't a deterrent. Neither would instant death be a deterrent.

@sctb9991 @RupertLowe10 Doesn’t have to be the case. Put a cap on lawyers wages and have more regulation of lawyers so that that doesn’t happen

@dazdaz77 @StefanLuciw @RupertLowe10 Why are you unable to separate your views on the case at hand from the wider question on how capital punishment cases are run? I do actually think he probably should be killed. However, that WOULD be more expensive. I’m fine with that! But Rupert is wrong that it’s cheap!

@sctb9991 @StefanLuciw @RupertLowe10 Why do you keep pretending like hes mabe innocent, appeals. You know what else is irreversible? They wee girls deaths, stop doing all you can to protect the murderer. Your missing point tht hes 100% guilty .......but but but apeals 😂 your part of problem

@NoTengoStand @RupertLowe10 Sorry, but if the number can be above 0 then I simply cannot support it. I’m amazed you can. In any case, if you trust the police and the government with this sort of power and the ability to carry it out with minimal oversight then we simply have nothing further to discuss.

@sctb9991 @RupertLowe10 Because right now you NEED to rise up to the ocassion and do it. Doesnt need to be SUPER cheap, you cheaper than the current cost of imprisonment. Innocents being wrongly executed will hopefully be 0, but it will definitely be smaller than the murders being prevented.

@dazdaz77 @StefanLuciw @RupertLowe10 That is completely missing the point. Trials for murder are substantially different and as a result more expensive. Appeals are allowed because the punishment is irreversible. These steps are taken to protect innocent people from tyrannical governments and biased police.

@NoTengoStand @RupertLowe10 Show me literally any evidence that supports your assertions where a democratic country was able to execute its citizens fairly AND cheaply. If the case is no government has ever been able to do it because they’re all corrupt…. Why on earth do you think we’d be any different?

@sctb9991 @RupertLowe10 Execution is cheap, expensive is the bureaucratic process the corrupt system attached to it. They corrupt gov & police are already deciding who lives and who dies, Henry Nowak had to die. They decided thousands of your kids had to be raped. Your position is undefendable

@dazdaz77 @StefanLuciw @RupertLowe10 Of course I want it to be rigorous, fair trials are a foundational principle of this nation. Do you seriously disagree with that? Just because the defendant is a savage monster who probably does deserve death doesn’t change that.

@NoTengoStand @RupertLowe10 I’m sorry but I cannot support giving the UK government and police the power to decide who lives and dies, they cannot be trusted. None of this or anything you said is relevant to the debate in any case. Execution is more expensive regardless of whether it’s wrong or right.

@sctb9991 @RupertLowe10 Getting rid of the monsters is what defends the innocents. You just want to grandstand while having zero empathy for the victims, which far outnumber any sort of people who would be affected by the minimal flaws of a reasonable justice system.

@Muadib8 @RupertLowe10 How is anything I said spineless? Are you able to separate your personal emotions around this case from the wider question of whether execution is cheaper and simpler than imprisonment? If not, I suspect you are the one who is too immature for reasoned discussion.

@dazdaz77 @StefanLuciw @RupertLowe10 I’m not sure that’s the point. If we want to start hanging people we need to do it properly and treat every case the same with a rigorous process, that’s extremely expensive regardless of how irrefutable the case may be.

@joeydanson @RupertLowe10 I agree with you however, the system surely has to treat all cases with the same level of rigour? And if it does well then unfortunately it would be very expensive. Do I think he should be killed? Probably. Would it be cheap? No.

@Snitt3 @RupertLowe10 I admit this case is irrefutable, but not all cases are and in this country we have to treat all cases the same surely? Who gets to decide something is undeniable?

@sctb9991 @ChainSchema @StefanLuciw @RupertLowe10 You claimed cases were treated equally - a lie. I'm not foolish enough to pretend the broad murder in daylight crime is somehow this uncertain nebulous thing - and your refusal to acknowledge that reveals how intellectually dishonest you are.

@FerroceneCloud @ChainSchema @StefanLuciw @RupertLowe10 You admit the law is subjective and want executions to be allowed 😂 not sure what to say! Baffled. If your son was on trial for murder you’d be perfectly happy with the government forcing his case through as quickly as possible I assume? Give it a rest!

@sctb9991 @ChainSchema @StefanLuciw @RupertLowe10 Given that I've already pointed out how both police and CPS have discretion meaning there is no "standard legal process", who has no idea how the law works here? Hint: That person is you, claiming identical processes are followed. Police, CPS, judge, (jury) - all subjective.
