@British_Airways and they don’t even have the decency to respond. Complete lack of service and empathy. Good customer service stems from corporate culture and its clear that BA’s is rotten.

@British_Airways cancelling pretty much all flights from Ibiza back to London without any guidance or other options. Shocking service and they will get away with fleecing customers. We are having to spend significant money to find other routes of travel

@LNER Can you reserve a seat in first class for him (he won’t use the services on offer)? He cannot use a different service because of subsequent journeys onwards from Berwick upon tweed. I don’t want him to stand for 3.5 hours.

@sdasgupta170 If there are no seat reservations left then it'll be fully reserved, even for ourselves. We can only suggest selecting a different service that does have seats available or heading to Coach C which is predominantly an unreserved coach and sitting in an available seat. ^Charlene

@LNER hi I’ve booked a ticket for my father tomorrow (>70) from KX to Berwick-upon-tweed and I can’t seem to reserve a seat. I don’t want him to be standing for over 3 hours if he can’t get a seat in an unreserved area. Can you help me book a seat please? Thanks
